Join us for a discussion of Asghar Farhadi’s A Separation (2011), a gripping Iranian drama exploring marriage, class, family, responsibility, morality and the difficulty of knowing where blame truly lies.

To help us keep the conversation engaging, space is limited. Please RSVP only if you genuinely plan to join us.

No show policy: If you RSVP but don't plan to attend, please make sure to cancel your spot at least 24 hours in advance, so someone else can take it. Two no shows without cancelling or cancelling last minute will result in a ban from future film club events. This helps ensure we communicate correct numbers
to the venue and in turn get a good spot for discussion.

You don't need any background in film studies, just watch the movie beforehand and come ready to share your thoughts, listen to others, and engage with the ideas the film raises.

Whether you've seen it many times or are watching it for the first time, you're welcome. The most interesting conversations come from a variety of perspectives.
