Join us for a night of deeper conversation and connect with like-minded people.

Each table will be given a "conversation menu" with questions such as:

"Do you believe in free will?"
"What is happiness?"
"What are some things you‘ve had to unlearn?"

Join us for a peaceful 30-minute gathering every Monday. Everyone is welcome.
Session Outline:

1. 5-Minute Body Scan: We’ll begin with a guided body scan to help center and relax.
2. 25-Minute Silent Meditation: Followed by a period of silence to focus inward, breathe, and simply be present.
3. 10-Minute Reflection: We’ll conclude with an open conversation about any thoughts, feelings, or experiences that came up during the meditation.

Whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this space is open to all.

Session will be online until we get the numbers to meet at a physical location.
