As described in Mike's recent blog post Lean-Agile transformation as Lean-Agile process (https://blog.agendashift.com/2017/01/05/lean-agile-transformation-as-lean-agile-process/) we'll look at either (possibly both if time permits) of parts 1 & 2 of this 5-part process:

Discovery: Explore strategic objectives, obstacles, outcomes, change strategies
Analysis: Debrief your Agendashift values-based delivery assessment, agree scope
Mapping: Build a transformation plan
Elaboration: Generate, frame, and develop actions
Operation: Organise for continuous transformation

Don't expect a long talk. Do expect a hands-on experience :-)
