**History**
At the beginning of last year, I started experimenting with AI and teams to see if we could enhance not only our individual experiences, but also our collective teamwork.

Earlier this year, Malika and I released the ebook Collaborative AI, and so far, over 8000 copies have been downloaded or sent out.

In September of this year, I ran the first-ever Collaborative AI course and learnt even more about what works and what doesn't.

This webinar is an update on what I have learnt, what works, and what doesn't.

Simon Powers is the CEO and founder of AWA Global (Adventures with Agile) and The Deeper Change Academy.
