FinTech companies are rapidly adopting AI to revolutionize traditional financial processes, from streamlining payments and enhancing fraud detection to identifying wealth-creation opportunities and assisting with spend analysis. In this session, we’ll dive into how AI (both traditional ML/CV/NLP as well as GenAI and Agents) is being used in core fintech operations across payments and debt collection to improve operational efficiency for fintech companies.

12:15 PM – Multi-agent GenAI systems for Debt Collection: Leveraging opensource LLMs (Llama 3.2) for orchestrating a multi-agent framework and combining it with with traditional ML to create personalised and customisable collection journeys for every borrower, at scale.
