Start your day with a refreshing, invigorating walk through the beautiful neighborhoods of Deerfield and Bannockburn.
Enjoy the sights, sounds, smells and feel of an early morning walk with like-minded and friendly folks. Let's make connections, get some exercise and 'enjoy the journey' together! No matter your level of fitness, you can forge ahead at the front or bring up the back at a more leisurely pace.
For now, the group will meet once every 2 weeks. Walks will vary in length from 1-2 hours, at a reasonable and exercise-effective 3-3.5 mph. As interest and membership grow, we'll schedule more walks.
