Del Rey Toastmasters is a Toastmasters club in Marina Del Rey. We help people to become better public speakers and leaders. Our weekly Thursday meetings at 7 pm offer an energetic, fun, and supportive environment in which our members can develop their public speaking and leadership skills, and have the opportunity to meet other people who have similar goals.

We meet in person on the first, third and fifth (if applicable) Thursdays of every month and on Zoom for the second and fourth Thursdays of every month. Our in-person meetings are held at the Santa Monica Windjammers Yacht Club in Marina Del Rey. Our meetings start promptly at 7 pm and wrap up by 9 pm. We recommend arriving 5 - 10 minutes before the meeting starts to get organized.

In our meetings, you can learn and practice impromptu speaking skills with Table Topics, present prepared speeches and obtain feedback, learn to provide feedback (evaluations), participate in running meetings, learn interesting ideas from your fellow members, and enhance your speaking and leadership skills with the Toastmasters educational program (called Pathways). We can also match new members with experienced mentors to accelerate their growth.

We welcome guests to attend our meetings. There is no cost to attend as a guest. If you enjoy our meetings then you can join our club as a member. We allow guests to attend three meetings before deciding whether to join the club or not.
