Are you ready to spring into embodying your best version yet and have a whole bunch of fun doing it? Let's take advantage of the powerful renewal energy of the Spring Equinox, supporting our unique transformation as we deeply connect within ourselves and allow our true self to be reborn and shine!

Tap in and rediscover a deeper sense of yourself. Together, let's live more confidently and be empowered to express our heart fearlessly!

Join us for a fun afternoon in a relaxed and loving environment filled with exploration, relaxation, connection, inspiration and healing.

During out time together we will enjoy the following:
- Welcome Circle
- Relaxing, meditative process gently opening and aligning the energy bodies bringing coherence, balancing and healing of the celestial circuit and chakras.
- Fun explorative exercises that help us to tap in more deeply with ourselves, connect more heart-fully with each other, open our expressive side and build self-acceptance and confidence with the intention of raising self-esteem and having a ton of fun doing it!
- Grounding and rejuvenating Spring Equinox meditative sound healing journey to close

You will walk away from this workshop inspired with a stronger sense of yourself and more trust in the flow of your life!

Come out for a relaxing and enjoyable afternoon discovering more about yourself and perhaps aspects of you that you have long forgotten or never really paid attention to. Build confidence, explore your more imaginative side and tap into your unique expression through fun and engaging exercises that help you to open up and allow yourself to step into a more expanded sense of self. During our time together sharing a loving, supported and safe space, you will be encouraged to feel more free, energized, confident and connected both within yourself and with others. Enjoy some you time making new friends and allow yourself to practice letting go so you may benefit from all that is available to you though this unique, fun and health-full gathering. Please come with an open heart and open mind and a willingness to be yourself, explore, relax, share, receive and enjoy!

We will end with a rejuvenating sound healing journey to help ground in all the connections and upgrades you garnered through our gathering. You are sure to leave expanded, uplifted and rejuvenated with a deeper connection to your heart and a more accepting/loving sense of self.
