YOU MAY DO THIS STANDING, SEATED IN A CHAIR, ON A YOGA MAT OR FROM THE RAFTERS! ALL ARE WELCOME!

Join us for an evening of Ecstatic Dance and enjoy this heart-opening form of conscious, unchoreographed dance movement that allows you to freely move as you feel while connecting with your body and being-ness in a supportive, judgement-free environment.

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form dance practice that emphasizes letting go and moving intuitively with music in a judgment-free environment. It's a spiritual and therapeutic practice that encourages self-exploration, self-expression and emotional connection and release through movement. The practice involves a wave-like musical journey, starting with slower, grounding sounds and progressively moves towards more energetic and expressive rhythms, before returning to stillness.

What To Expect:

• 15 minute opening circle
• 3 minutes of sound expression through instruments and voice to open up the energies (bells, drums, singing bowls, etc. will be provided for you to use)
• 20 minutes of free-flow movement to rhythmic, audio music
• 5 minute guided heart opening exercise to enhance the experience
• 30 minute free-flow movement to rhythmic, audio music
• 15 minute closing circle

About Your Guide:
