Bill is an accomplished business lawyer and former executive. Currently, he owns his own law firm - Dolan Law LLC. He is a member of the Corporate and Real Estate Law Sections of the Delaware State Bar Association.
He will be discussing the new Delaware Wholesale bill, the legal way to contact people in foreclosure, and how and when to use AI to help with documents and advice for real estate investors.
Prior to Bill’s current role, he practiced law with Richards, Layton & Finger, the largest law firm in Delaware, and formerly served on the Pennsylvania Bar Association Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and was an adjunct professor at the Widener University - Delaware Law School.
Prior to practicing law, Bill had an accomplished business career. He was the President of a mortgage company, a majority owner in a regional title company, a real estate investor, and he produced several independent films and was instrumental in the launch of numerous other businesses.
Since 2003, Bill has appeared frequently on television, radio, podcasts, and is regularly a speaker at events for his expert analysis on a variety of financial and legal topics.
Bill is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.
