Ed Pabian is the owner of Pabian Properties (https://www.pabianproperties.com/), where he personally manages 200+ properties and oversees 300+ additional properties for other investors.
Brian O’Neill has self-managed and flipped hundreds of rental properties over the last 30 years. Also, Brian is the leading investor at the monthly New Castle County Sheriff Sales.
