About the Speaker
Jeff has built an impressive reputation in the fix-and-flip space, growing his business from a startup into a high-volume operation in just a few short years. 
Navy Real Estate LLC is a dynamic, growth driven real estate investment company focused on acquisitions, renovations, and long-term portfolio growth. Since 2020, the company has completed approximately 175 flips and built a rental portfolio of 85 units.
Jeff Downey brings hands-on construction expertise from his 10-year career as a Local 5 elevator constructor, while his partner, Blaze Maitland, contributes strong leadership and operational experience. Together, they’ve scaled the business from under 10 flips in their first year to a projected 60–70 deals in 2026.
