Movement Workshop (w/ live band!)

Group Motion is an immersive workshop with a live band!. Guided through structured improvisations using movement and words, you'll engage in play, expression, and connection with yourself and others.

This isn't a standard movement workshop. It’s an experience!
what to expect:
We start on a mat (provided) and do a guided meditation, then a stretching dance, and slowly move to our feet and are guided into an improv dance where we connect and play with others ❤️ 🎶 Live music will carry us.
💃 Movement will open us.

No dance or meditation experience needed...just bring your curiosity and your willingness to move and be moved.
