Hello! The purpose of this group is to help queer people in Delco form social connections with one other. Through this group, we will organize a variety of events to foster these connections, keeping in mind that we’re a diverse group of people.
On a personal note, I’ve struggled with social anxiety my whole life. My experience motivates one of our goals: to be accessible to queer people who have trouble putting themselves out there.
This group is a safe space for people of all genders & orientations, and is welcoming to people who are questioning. You may also bring a friend who isn’t queer/questioning if they will help you feel more comfortable around new people.
