Jashn-e-Rekhta (Urdu poetry, shayari and music festival)

Friends, the annual Urdu Shayari, poetry, music festival- Jashn-e-Rekhta- is being held from 8-10 December at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium (near India Gate) and like last year it is sure to be mesmerizing! What's more- it's free as always!!! Also, there is free shuttle service from Pragati Maidan metro, which is 2 km from the venue. I love the poetry and ghazals and with maestros like Javed Akhtar, Imtiaz Ali, Nizami Brothers and others it would be 3 memorable evenings. All those who share the interest for the above should not miss this for anything. While we are there, we would even talk about upcoming travel plans. In fact I would be flying out to Tamil Nadu the next morning on 18th. and would be visiting Varanasi before that You need to register for free and also can check out the schedule here
