Kashmir Exploration

Hi,

I am planning to visit Kashmir between proposed dates just to explore few upper valley and may be a trek to Tarsar-Marsar Lake.I am looking for a travel partner to cut on taxi bills & hotel accommodation.
As off now i don't have any itinerary prepared but will be going till Udhampur by train and then to Srinagar by bus or train whatever is feasible.
This is a budget trip and i have strict budget of 10k including everything.
