Studies show it is one of the most deeply avoided human experiences. Rejection reinforces a belief many carry: I am not enough. And from that follows a second belief: If I am not enough, I will not be loved.
Yet some people do not let this hold them back. They move with noticeable confidence—dating regularly, enjoying life, and truly thriving.
When you went through a divorce or separation, how deeply were you affected?
Deanna, a single mother of three young children, remembers thinking, “Who would want me?” But when she envisioned the man she would marry through a strategic visioning exercise, her belief shifted. Six months later, she was in a relationship. Now, eight years on, she is happily remarried.
Darren recalls, “I was sitting on a bus when, within ten minutes, I received a text from all three of my ex-wives.” At the time, he felt defeated. Yet he credits coaching tools and emotional mastery techniques with helping him change. Darren had struggled to make relationships last. After applying what he learned—creating internal change at a nervous system level—he met and later married Deanna.
How does coaching help relationships?

  1. Healing
You carry wounds—rejection, guilt, regret, hurt, resentment. Without healing, these can unconsciously seep into current and future relationships. Coaching strengthens your belief in healing and helps you heal faster.
  2. Reframing
We often react to our thoughts, not to reality. Jumping to conclusions, skepticism, and distrust can push people away and sabotage relationships before they even begin. Coaching helps you reshape beliefs, thoughts, and reactions.
  3. Attracting the Right Person
Tired of dating the same type of person with a different face and name? Coaching can help you attract someone truly different—and right for you.
  4. Understanding Love
There are eight types of love. Knowing what you’re looking for brings clarity and success. Coaching provides that clarity and fosters unconscious change.
