Documents required
§ Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months with TWO OPPOSITE BLANK PAGES
§ Visa Application Form completely filled out.
§ Two recent photographs of the applicant (3.5 x 4.5 cm) against white background.
§ Evidence of Transportation (Any of below)
o Confirmed tickets in and out of Thailand
§ Evidence of adequate finance
o Original Bank Statement from last six month with minimum balance equally as $700/person with bank stamp and signature or
§ Proof of hotel/accommodation reservation in Thailand

o Reserved under applicant’s name covering total number of days wished to say in Thailand

§ If intend to stay with relatives or friends must provide invitation letter along with their ID/passport photocopy. In case they are not Thai, must provide their working records in Thailand, e.g. work permit, letter from company they are working with valid at least six months.
§ International Health Certificate on Yellow Fever Vaccination for applicants traveling from 45 countries
§ * 3.5 x 4.5 cm., not older than 3 months with white background, face and eyes are in direct position to the camera, without sunglasses or hat or any other head covering, except for some religious beliefs or ethnic background.

Payment Terms
· Rs. 5,000 per person at the time of booking.
· Balance payment has to be done 30 days prior to departure

Cancellation Policy:
The following charges are to be applied at the time of cancellation of holiday
· Booking date to 21 days prior to departure - 25 % of the total holiday cost or a minimum of 15,000 (which ever is higher) per person.
· Between 20 – 11 days of departure – 50 % of the total holiday cost per person
· Between 10 – 6 days before departure – 75% of the total holiday cost per person
· Less than 6 days of departure – 100 % of the total holiday cost per person
** Please note in case you want to cancel only one passenger out of two (or in proportion when more passengers are travelling). The second passenger will have to pay for single occupancy which will be calculated and given at the time of cancellation or will have to cancel both the passengers. It is not possible to cancel only one passenger out of two (or in proportion when more passengers are travelling)

** Booking date means the date of confirmation of Holiday verbally, through mail or by payment.
** The above cancellation charges are for normal packages booked. In case of upgrade or additional add ons are taken such as cruise, non-refundable hotels, airlines or services. Full cancellation amount to be paid by passenger
