Documents required
§ Passport or travel document with validity not less than 6 months with TWO OPPOSITE BLANK PAGES
§ Visa Application Form completely filled out.
§ Two recent photographs of the applicant (3.5 x 4.5 cm)* against a white background.
§ Evidence of adequate finance
§ Minimum Thai Bhat 12000 in cash in Hand
§ Proof of hotel/accommodation reservation in Thailand
§ Reserved under the applicant’s name covering a total number of days wished to say in Thailand
§ * 3.5 x 4.5 cm. Photo, not older than 3 months with white background, face and eyes are in direct position to the camera, without sunglasses or hat or any other head covering, except for some religious beliefs or ethnic background.

Payment Terms
• Rs. 5,000 per person at the time of booking.
• Balance payment has to be done 30 days prior to departure

Cancellation Policy:
The following charges are to be applied at the time of cancellation of the holiday
• Booking date to 21 days prior to departure - 25 % of the total holiday cost or a minimum of 15,000 (whichever is higher) per person.
• Between 20 – 11 days of departure – 50 % of the total holiday cost per person
• Between 10 – 6 days before departure – 75% of the total holiday cost per person
• Less than 6 days of departure – 100 % of the total holiday cost per person
** Please note in case you want to cancel only one passenger out of two (or in proportion when more passengers are traveling). The second passenger will have to pay for a single occupancy which will be calculated and given at the time of cancellation or will have to cancel both the passengers. It is not possible to cancel only one passenger out of two (or in proportion when more passengers are traveling)
** Booking date means the date of confirmation of Holiday verbally, through mail or by payment.
** The above cancellation charges are for normal packages booked. In case of upgrade or additional add ons are taken such as cruise, non-refundable hotels, airlines or services. Full cancellation amount to be paid by the passenger
