Rudrapur Nainital Visit

We are planning a trip to Rudrapur and Nainital, we'd attend the satsang and move to Nainital, Here is the itenary:

22 Nov - Early Morning (around 5 AM) - move from Delhi for Rudrapur
22 Nov - After Satsang - Move out for Haldwani which is around 32 kms (35-40 mins) - checkin at 3 Star Hotel
22 Nov - After refreshing up - we'd move out for Nainital - which is again 32 kms (35-40 mins)
22 Nov - In the evening, return to Hotel, take Dinner and Rest

23 Nov - Early morning after breakfast - Head to Rudrapur for Satsang
23 Nov - After Satsang, we would go to Hotel (if required) and move to Naukluchiatal / Bhimtal (Or Nainital) which is again 45-50 mins run from Haldwani
23 Nov - In the evening, return to Hotel, take Dinner and Rest

24 Nov - Monday morning- Checkout from Hotel and head back to Delhi, Reach by approx 11 AM

Total cost per person: approx. 7800
Vehicles: We'd use Innova and Fiat Linea / SX4 / Verna for the travel

Inclusions: All travel from Delhi and back to Delhi + 3 Star Hotel stay on twin sharing basis + Breakfast + Dinner Exclusions - Any other item not mentioned above or lunch / snacks or personal shopping or any other activity which is not mentioned.

This is our first trip and we are open to suggestions.
