Organizing a run after a long time as not many people showed up in my earlier attempts for organizing these runs. This will be an interval run starting with light warmup exercises followed by interval runs. The basic purpose of this meetup is to improve the stamina. All level runners are welcome.

Please wear appropriate workout/running clothing and no guests allowed. All are welcome to sign up separately. Carrying a small water bottle (8-12 oz) advisable.
