Organisational transformation models: A symphony of short talks

Dear all,

Let's commence the first meetup of the year with a number of electrifying short talks on organisational transformation models. We will run 5-7 minute talks on the different approaches, then split into groups to discuss each approach in parallel. This will then be followed by a whole group discussion.

Talks include:

• Andi Herman: The Transtheoretical Model of Change (a superior antecedent of ADKAR)
• Rajesh Mathur: why Everett Roger and Kerry Patterson et al might be right about change (and why Kotter's 8 steps might not work)
• Dan Prager: Invitation-based change and the use of Open Space to kick-off change initiatives.
• Lan Diep: Developmental Aspects of Change
• Tim Newbold: A model based on the work of Dweck, Kotter and Little

Finger food and drinks will be available to keep you charged up at discussions.
