Art Connect Next General Meeting

Art lovers, artists and crafters, are invited to meet for the next Art Connect general meeting on September 16th Wednesday at 6:30pm, at the Parks and Recreation Dept. on 50 NW 1st Ave. Delray Beach.

Free parking in front of the one story building.

Art Connect members are excited to meet new members where we can support our creative efforts to learn techniques, sell our creations, and in a social setting visit shows and galleries for further learning.

Join us this month as artist Pam Lambie demonstrates the art of gel plate printing. Pam will walk us through several techniques for creating beautiful textured papers. Perfect for collage, mixed media, and assemble work. Come see how simple tools and a little experimentation can produce endless variations of pattern, color, and texture. Whether you’re new to gel printing or looking for a fresh technique, this demo is for you.

Guests and current members are encouraged to bring a craft or piece of art to show for a positive critique and feedback.
