Meditation Circle
Details
Join us for our WEEKLY meditation circle where we take the time to slow down and unwind. We start off with a silent/guided/binary beats meditation (~20 minutes), followed by a reading for inspiration, opening us up to conversation within a safe space, allowing anyone to share what they need to should they feel inspired.
WALKING MEDITATION WILL BE THE FIRST SUNDAY - 30 Minutes
๐ฃ Feel free to bring whatever may make you comfortable for about an hour and a half outside in the park. Chair, yoga mats, or you're free to stand - whatever will make you feel comfortable. This is an all inclusive and safe space.
All of this is weather permitting, of course๐
