Calling all Members...........Are you in? Have you ever thought about showing your Photography?

If you've ever thought about showing or selling your work, here's a way to do so with minimal effort! We are planning a cultural event to showcase our photography in the community, while promoting our club and gathering a wider audience to appreciate emerging art from our members

We need confirmation from you that we have enough
interest to go forward, so review the key information below and indicate
your intention to participate through your RSVP:

• September 28 - Deadline for framed-and-ready submissions (to CR
Framing, Brentwood)

• October 5 (Saturday) - Gallery showing from 10:00 am - 3:00
pm) The work will remain in the gallery for the entire month of October.

• November 4 - Deadline for pick up and retrieval of your framed
submissions

• $15 entry fee/person (you may have multiple submissions). This will be used for refreshments for the opening and some promotion.

• CR Framing will retain 30% of the sale price of any items sold, so you will need to adjust your pricing accordingly. They have alarm systems in place and insurance to cover theft.

• All images must be properly framed, if not using CR Framing as the work will hang in their showroom. We encourage you to contact CR Framing for a deadline if you wish them to do your framing work prior to the gallery showing.

The club and CR Framing will assist in the promotion of the event; i.e., e-blasts, postcards, articles in community magazines such as 110, Grapevine, Brentwood News, Delta Living. We will provide evites you can use to promote to your own family & friends.

So -- Are You In? RSVP now and we'll work closely on the details. If you would like to help with some minor "committee" work, please indicate your interest and we will contact you.

This is an opportunity for your family and friends also to see your work.
