Hey y'all!

Most random thing ever. I'm making a flower rocket and need to experiment with ways to cushion its fall. I'm currently growing sunflowers I'm hoping to deploy after the water rocket gets to its highest point - 10ft?

For this event, I encourage you to bring a water bottle you might have thrown away so we can reuse it and think more sustainably about the planet. The purpose of this session is to encourage new thinking to solve impossible problems.

Please RSVP as I'll only 3D print enough free nozzle systems to launch yourselves at home. I'll update this with a link to the file so you can 3D print it yourself if you like along with more details but its pretty simple: make flower parachutes and landing cushions for toy water rockets. They launch by adding pressure with a bike pump and then releasing a cap so that the pressure inside pushes the water out creating thrust.

We won't actually be launching these at the event but if you come we can plan the launch! I do ask that you brink your favorite flower and any materials you think would help as long as they aren't flammable. Safety is always the top priority.
