This group is a place to step out of the daily rush and unwind together. During a sound bath you simply lie down while soothing sounds and gentle vibrations help quiet the mind and relax the body.
It’s a gentle way to release tension, sleep better, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm. No experience is needed — just come as you are and allow yourself to relax.
