Pinchos are the tapas or appetizers of the Basque Country, small bites made with high-quality ingredients that you can find at every bar in the Basque Country, Navarre, or Rioja.
Do you want to learn how to make some pintchos (tapas), so you can use them as an appetizer next time you have guests over?

Recipes might change depending on the availability of the ingredients, but these are a few of the recipes that we will cook:

· Caramelized Paprika Goat Cheese Phyllo Purse
