Details
Product-minded people gather in Den Haag LeanUX. Join us for knowledge sharing, networking and making friends!
Thirsty Thursday
Three people take the stage instead of one long talk. This way, we can share a variety of perspectives and make it easier for new speakers to participate.
Thanks to our generous sponsor Worth Works we can now host up to 75 people!
Maybe you'd like to give a tiny talk sometime too? Get in touch!

The Talks
1. Driven by data - How do you apply a holistic perspective when developing interactions with data-driven technologies? β Justin van Wijk
In this talk, Justin explores why designers should take a holistic view of the interactions between humans and the technology they help create. By analyzing an interaction from multiple perspectives, you better understand the context of the project you are working on and remain focused on your own actions and those of the client. Drawing from media psychology, AI interaction, and ethics, Justin shows how design choices carry impact β on users, on organizations, and on society as a whole.
Justin is a product designer with a background in human-AI interaction and digital business innovation. Heβs passionate about creating ethical, sustainable digital products that add real value for both users and companies.
2. Designing SaMD and Health Tech: A UX Case Study β Nikoletta Somogyi
Nikoletta showcases a case study of designing Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and shares her experience as a UX designer working in the health tech industry. She will discuss the challenges and opportunities unique to healthcare workflows, user research, and creating effective interfaces for both patients and administrators.
Nikoletta is a Junior UX Designer at BlinkLab Limited with a passion for healthcare technology. She has experience conducting focused user research and designing user interfaces for patient and admin platforms. Previously, she worked remotely with Eden and completed an internship at DPDK Digital Agency, contributing to multiple client projects in UI and branded assets.
3. Designing for Accessibility β Amber Qualm
