16th of July - The Hague Lean UX - Thirsty Thursday 🍻+🍕+🤓
Details
Product-minded people gather in Den Haag LeanUX. Join us for knowledge sharing, networking and making friends!
Thirsty Thursday
Two people take the stage instead of one long talk. This way, we can share a variety of perspectives and make it easier for new speakers to participate.
Thanks to our generous sponsor Worth Works we can now host up to 75 people!
Maybe you'd like to give a tiny talk sometime too? Get in touch!

The Talks
1. Present yourself - Bibiana Nunes
In this talk, Bibiana shares her experience finding her voice as a speaker by drawing on her own journey presenting across languages, cultures, and executive rooms, she’ll unpack how to move past the fear that “someone has already said it,” how deliberate practice turns clear thinking into clear speaking, and why slowing down makes you more compelling, not less. Designers will leave with a practical, kinder approach to sharing their work and their ideas out loud.
Bibiana Nunes is a Senior UX Researcher and design thinking practitioner with 13 years of experience helping organizations turn insight into action across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. She specializes in research practice consulting and in facilitating workshops for diverse and expert audiences, building lasting research and design capability inside institutions that didn’t have it across finance, government, and international organizations. She regularly aligns stakeholders and presents at executive level across national and cultural lines.
2. Staying proactive in uncertain times - Andrea Petrucci
In this talk, Andrea shares key learnings from his work in UX and software that inspire him in these uncertain, changing times. He'll explain how insights from environment, economics and philosophy give him the vision and energy to face this transition proactively, rather than just cope with it passively.
Andrea is a UX Researcher who thrives on exploring user needs for complex B2B products and building environments for learning in an information-saturated corporate world. For the last 4 years he's focused on augmenting products with AI, and applying those principles to leverage LLMs and agents in user research.
