Solving common data issues w/ Power BI - Challenge

Since we have the Power BI Next Step conference going on the same day I thought it would be interesting, at least for us who didn't get a ticket, to still be able to learn something from some of the speakers attending.
Therefore I have invited three (3) currently secret speakers (actual silhouettes) to participate in a challenge.
They will each be given a different set of files, which can contain some or all of the following listed common data issues:
- Duplicated data
- Inconsistent Formats (Date, Phone, Postal Code)
- Incomplete Fields
- Different Languages
- Different Currencies
- Unstructured Data
- Validation Constraints (spaces, letter casing, abbreviations)
- All/Totals

The speakers will also be given a list of requirements that they should try to accommodate. All this, while we will be watching their screen as they try to solve some or all of the requirements thereby learning how they as professionals approach issues and find solutions.
Each speaker will be given 20 minutes. Lets see how far we can get
