Programming Tabular Editor C# scripts like a boss

Session:
A large chunk of the difficulty in writting c# scripts for tabular editor is that there is no intellisense yet on the interface. However it's not that hard to move development into Visual Studio and have all coding amenities right there at your fingertips. Say bye-bye to code snipped hunting.
