Agents in Action: Fabric Data Agent Creation and Workflow Automation

Description
We will begin with a very brief overview of what Agents are in general and how they are based on Large Language Models, Tools, and Knowledge.

We will create a Fabric Data Agent and discuss what must be considered to maximize the chances of a good outcome. We will use it to retrieve data from a Warehouse and a Semantic Model in Fabric.

We will write Instructions for the Data Agent and it’s data sources and discuss what they should contain and how we can guide the Fabric Data Agent by providing example queries.

When the Agent is ready, we will demonstrate a use case where we create an agentic workflow in Copilot Studio that is based on data from the Data Agent.
