Deno 2 Launch

Hey folks! The planned launch for Deno 2 is Wednesday, October 9! Let's get together to chat about the launch and the impact this will have for server side JavaScript developers.

From 6 - 7 PM, I'll do a live walkthrough around various features and use cases to get you oriented and then I'll highlight Deno 2 compatibility with the existing Node.js ecosystem, and very briefly introduce Fresh, a fantastic web framework optimized for Deno. We'll very lightly cover topics that I plan to do deep dives into over upcoming sessions.

The current venue can host up to 20 people, so I'll need you to RSVP, please. If it looks like there's more interest, I'll have to try to see if I can find another local venue in time.

If any folks are up for it, we can walk over to Ludwig's to grab a drink after and casually continue the conversation. I used to host BayNode / Beer.Node there back when it was called Biergarten and those were good times during the early days of Node.js adoption here in the Bay Area!
