What we’re about

🌸 Welcome, Ladies of DFW! 🌸
Pull up a chair at the kitchen table and join us for specialty-cooking classes and uplifting women’s gatherings hosted by American Nana (Tonya Creamer), author of the inspiring book “Fat. Sick. Broken.” 📚✨
This group is all about learning, laughter, and meaningful conversations. Whether you love cooking, want to nourish your family better, or simply crave connection with like-minded women, you’ll feel right at home here. 💕
What makes these gatherings special?
✨ Hands-on Specialty Cooking — yogurt, bone broth, AIP basics & more
✨ Specialty Cookies Assortment 🍪 (because every kitchen gathering needs cookies!)
✨ A Special Gift Bag 🛍️ with keepsakes you’ll actually use
✨ Signed Copy of Fat. Sick. Broken. 📖 for encouragement on your journey
✨ Fellowship & Q&A — a safe space to share stories, swap tips, and grow stronger together
Who’s Invited?
👩 Women of all ages — moms, daughters, grandmothers, friends.
👩‍👧 Mother–Daughter pairs get a discounted bundle: $135 together (instead of $170).
👩 Single ticket: $85 per person.
This isn’t just a class — it’s a movement to bring back kitchen traditions, strengthen families, and empower women of faith to live well in body and spirit. 🌿
P.S. Tonya (American Nana) is a faith-centered woman who knows both the broken & the uplifting side of life. Her mission is simple: to help women find joy, health, and community one recipe — and one story — at a time. 🩷
✨ Let’s cook, connect, and celebrate together — because every recipe and every story brings us closer.

# 🥣 Kitchen Traditions Class – November 9th (DFW)

✨ Want to host a gathering for your friends? ✨
Think of it like a Tupperware party… but instead of selling plastic, we’ll be sharing heritage cooking, fellowship, and fun.
On Sunday, November 9th from 2–5 PM, we’ll gather in a cozy home kitchen in the DFW area to learn:
✅ How to make yogurt at home (simple & safe)
✅ How to prepare nourishing bone broth (sip while we learn!)
✅ Basics of AIP (Autoimmune Protocol) cooking for healthier meals
✅ Practical diet & nutrition tips for families
This isn’t a stiff cooking class — it’s friends in the kitchen, laughing, learning, and tasting together.
🎁 Every guest receives a gift bag with a flour sack towel (for straining yogurt!) and a recipe journal to begin your own family kitchen traditions.
👩‍👧 Moms & daughters are welcome!
