Join Us for a Memorial Day Fitness in the Park Event!
This Memorial Day, we invite you to come together with our community for a special Fitness in the Park event featuring the Murph Challenge — open to all fitness levels!
What’s a Murph?
The Murph is a classic CrossFit workout honoring Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, a fallen hero. The traditional Murph consists of:
• 1 mile run
• 100 pull-ups
• 200 push-ups
• 300 air squats
• 1 mile run
(Typically done wearing a weighted vest — but at our event, you can scale it to your own level and pace!)
Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just starting out, this event is for YOU. Modify the workout to fit your needs, take your time, and most importantly — have fun!
Event Highlights:
• Workout led by a U.S. Veteran and former CrossFit gym owner with years of coaching experience.
• Fitness education sessions covering the basics of workout recovery, proper movement, and performance tips.
• Samples of industry-leading supplements — including pre-workout, post-workout recovery, and energy drinks — available for you to try!
No pressure, no competition — just a great way to move, sweat, and connect with others in the community.
Our goal is to honor the spirit of Memorial Day by coming together, challenging ourselves, and supporting one another in fitness and in life.
