South Denver AudHD Peer Support Night

This South Denver peer support gathering takes place on the third Wednesday of each month from 6:30–8:00 pm at Columbine Library in Littleton.

A small gathering focusing on autistic and ADHD adults, but open to any neurodivergent folx, who want a calm space to share openly, be heard without judgment, and connect with others who understand.

You are welcome to talk about burnout, executive dysfunction, overwhelm, relationships, support needs, work stress, life transitions, or whatever else feels important. You are also welcome to simply listen.

Space is limited to 8 people total. If your plans change, please update your RSVP so someone on the waitlist can take your spot.
