For this month's dinner, I wanted to go back to the northern part of CO and pay a visit to our friends over at Sushi Neko!

For those who didn't go here last time, Sushi Neko was a GREAT spot with delicious variations of sushi and other dishes and we all had a very good experience.
Additionally, we are going to do ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI at the dinner!!!!
