For those of you who don’t know about it, Nan Desu Kan is THE BIGGEST ANIME CONVENTION IN ALL OF COLORADO!! Therefore, this convention has weebs. LOTS of them lol. Plus the convention has a VAST majority of fun panels and activities for the entire 3 day weekend (merchandise market, artist alley, audience participation panels, celebrity panels, tabletop, cosplay contest, Rave, charity auction, lip syncing, karaoke, eating at Food trucks or hotel based restaurants and much MUCH MORE).

MEETING UP
As for the Meetup group, I’m not actually planning to make any official gathering. Making this event page is more of a way to let most of you know about the existence of this con and to plan ahead accordingly.

HOWEVER, this doesn’t mean any unofficial gathering isn’t welcome! In fact it’s quite the opposite, please hangout with one another! Here are a few suggestions and avenues of communication for club members to keep in touch and maybe Meetup in an unofficial capacity throughout con weekend:

• The comment section of this Meetup event page.
• Most preferrable is our group’s Discord! Specifically in the #convention-talk thread when you join the server. It will be VERY active come con day where people can coordinate amongst each other and meetup informally throughout the weekend! Link: https://discord.gg/pvANPv37FJ
• The other Denver based anime meetup group, Anime 20’s and 30’s, will have a more formal gathering of club members within the convention on Friday afternoon/night and potentially Saturday as well. There’s a lot of overlap of members between our club and them and it’s a great way to make even more friends for any new attendees. You’ll definitely see some of us from this club with them too (hence the overlap haha). NOTE: They have their own process of joining their club. So I recommend joining a few days ahead of the convention.
