Our guest speaker will be Ivonne Meader, Founder and Vice President of Operations at Caring Data, LLC. Ivonne brings decades of senior care, operations, marketing, and business leadership experience. She is a certified administrator for both RCFE and ARF, holds an MBA in International Business from the University of St. Thomas, and serves on the Advisory Board of the RCFE Association. She is also an experienced owner and administrator of assisted living residences and consults with both new and experienced operators.

Ivonne founded Caring Data to help assisted living providers improve communication, centralize resident and employee records, simplify daily documentation, and support regulatory compliance. The platform was built from real assisted living experience, with tools designed to help caregivers and administrators keep information organized, accessible, and audit-ready.
