Our How You Holdin" Community Check-ins are intentional for us to build trust and authentic relationships and collectively make meaning about our lives, and how we can actually live more with love, care, safety, creativity belonging etc. and out of survival mode.

Creating and finding spaces where we can hold the trauma, love and the possibilities of growth in a space for Black LGBTQIA+ loves is not easy, but we know our people before us and even today have shown, we have everything we need and more with our collective trust, imagination and action.

Here's the run-down:

• Virtual collective check-in on Zoom. Camera not needed, but consent to identifying as Black/African Diaspora and LGBTQIA+ required.
• Bring your whole selves with respect to others.
• Co-facilitators/vibe guiders will open and support the space. DM if you are interested in co-facilitating.
• Guided convo prompts, creative activities, resources and all are optional, but invited.
• We are centering each other’s needs and dreams. The experience is determined with each other.
