What we’re about
The Denver Bloggers Club is a place where food, family, lifestyle and local interests bloggers can come together to share, inspire, and socialize with other bloggers in Denver/Boulder/Colorado Springs.
Our club is unique in that we offer free live monthly events. We bring in a speaker to share their expertise and teach our group ways to improve their blogs. Past events have been about blog photography strategies, affiliate marketing strategies, email list building, and personal branding.
In order to be a member in good standing, you must:
Be a food, family, lifestyle or local interests blogger or social media influencer. This club is not for those blogging to promote a book, band, or other business. It is not for wannabe bloggers. Apply when you have an actual blog and/or social media page to review.
Blog regularly. Posts on your blog should be no less than 1 month old. While this group is open to new and experienced bloggers, new bloggers must have a professional look and be able to show at least 1 post posted per week for the last 60 days.
Be active on social media. You must have a growing social media community.
Be considered a true blogger/influencer. I recognize everyone blogs for a reason, but if you're a Realtor and happen to have a blog, you're not a fit. But if you're a Realtor and have a blog all about the ins and outs of Denver, you're in.
Maintain utmost professionalism in your blog. Your blog is your business. We learn together so we can grow our blogs - so it's important that you're always growing. If you do not consider yourself a professional blogger, please do not join this group.
Support our sponsors. Our free monthly live events are sponsored by local restaurants around town who provide us a space to meet and yummy food. When you attend an event, you are required to give our sponsor social media love on your blog's social media channels. You can see examples by searching the hashtag #DenverBloggersClub
Be willing to share and participate. We hope you'll join as many live events as you can! It's great networking for us all. We also ask you to share your expertise with the group in a way meaningful to you, whether you're asking good questions, helping out a fellow blogger or even speaking to our group about your expertise. Submit a completed application. We review all applicants to ensure this group is exclusively for bloggers and social media influencers only.
