This place is very dear to me. The drive is well worth it. Ten second rice noodle soup originates in the province of Yunnan, China. It is one of the best-known dishes in Yunnan cuisine. The process involves boiling broth at once and the ingredients cook in 10 seconds. There is also a unique dessert menu with milk teas you could never imagine.
