Hello Subbers! Due to the COVID19 situation, we are hosting another online meetup in conjunction with the Boulder Ableton User Group!

This time around we have another very special guest, Aimerie (Kaite Watson)!! Join her as she walks us through her production workflow in Ableton Live. During this session she will be deconstructing a recent project and demonstrating how she works both in and outside of the computer, incorporating hardware into her creative process. Suitable for all skill levels, Aimerie will be sharing ideas on how you can streamline your own workflow and get to writing music faster!

Aimerie is the creative alias of a bass music DJ, producer, curator, and mentor. Given her lifelong fascination with the deep sea underworld, Aimerie's touch for crafting dark, lurking soundscapes makes sense. Her otherworldly interpretation of sound system music is inspired by seminal artists like Biome, as well as by friends and co-creators in the bass music community. Located in Denver, CO, Aimerie is an educator for The Black Box Studio where she teaches music production using Ableton Live. An underground activist known to deliver cutting-edge curation and a local staple on the decks, Aimerie's passion for pushing grassroots sounds has landed her on prolific lineups at events like Sub.mission's Bass Invasion, Infrasound Music Festival, and Outlook Festival, alongside artists including The Widdler, Truth, DJ Youngsta, Khiva, and many more.
