GETTING TO STEAMBOAT: If you would like to carpool we will meet at my place at 9:30am. Each person will pay the driver $20 each way.
If you want to ride the amazing scenery as you ride the Outrider Bus from Union Station to the beautiful town of Steamboat Springs You will leave at 3:15pm and arrive in Steamboat at 7:25pm.
After settling in for the night we will grab dinner, grab a karaoke bar and celebrate life.
WHERE WILL WE STAY: We will be staying at both the Sheraton Steamboat Villas and the Steamboat Grand Hotel right in the center of ski town. You will find hiking trails, coffee shops and quaint shops just outside your door.
MEALS: I will have a nightly happy hour scheduled where we can regroup and plan for dinner. Due to the size of the group we may need to decide on a couple of restaurants and dine in smaller groups. I will have an evening activity planned after dinner. Meals are at your expense.
Saturday morning will be spent at the Farmer's Market and exploring the art galleries, bookstores, and the legendary F.M. Light & Sons. Maybe you would like to go tubing down the Yampah river or lounge in the historic hot springs pool. Are you feeling brave? How about the Howler Alpine Slide? I will put together a list of options for you.
Sunday morning, we will enjoy an amazing breakfast and walk along the river. Do you have a fishing pole? Did you bring your bike? Early afternoon we will jump on our personalized shuttle and begin the 1.5 hour drive to the notorious Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Bring your swimsuit and be prepared for a Colorado tradition you will not soon forget.
Monday we will head back and arrive at Union Station by noon.
Costs : the cost of your room for 3 nights which varies by the type of room +$80 for activity, transportation to and from and Strawberry Park fee.
