Join this hands-on fermentation workshop and learn how to preserve food naturally, boost its nutritional value, and create flavorful, probiotic-rich ferments you can enjoy all winter long!
We’ll explore the fundamentals of fermentation — from the science and safety behind it to how to customize flavors that fit your taste. You’ll make your first ferment during class and leave with the knowledge and confidence to keep experimenting at home.
Light refreshments will also be available.

We will be making sauerkraut at this event, but if that’s not your thing, feel free to let me know what you WOULD like so I can purchase the right ingredients - or you can bring your own for a discounted price on the class.
