Liesl Perez spent over 20 years in corporate marketing, launching one of the first generative AI prototypes, SDL Content Assistant, and leading corporate marketing teams at Mapbox, Hubilo, TTEC, and SDL.

Her passion for unlocking human potential, diversity, and inclusivity led her to cofound Axis Integrated Mental Health in 2020 with her husband, Chris Perez. Since it opened its doors, Liesl has driven over 400% growth in 2023 through integrated marketing strategies. With her and her husband's leadership, the clinic has gone from $0-$7M in ARR with 3 clinics and 40 employees and given away over $400K in pro-bono mental health care. It has also been named ColoradoBiz Magazine's Top Startup of the Year, Top 100 Woman Owned Business (where it won the Top Growth award), and Top 200 Privately Held Company. In addition, they have won the Best of Mile High™ Award for mental wellness, Aurora Hall of Fame for Best Mental Health Clinic, named one of 50 Colorado Companies to Watch amongst over 1K+ applications, and a runner up for Best of Colorado.

In addition to leading all marketing and patient acquisition activities at Axis Integrated Mental Health, Liesl is also TMS certified and enjoys coaching patients to reach their full potential.
