Spirit Walk

Details

Once again we'll walk mindfully and deliberately open to what the more-than-human world can teach us about our souls and spirits. We stop to attune and feel more connected to nature in ways that we don't connect in our daily lives. We wander to see what we may learn as we drop into the the movement toward the end of the summer (Yes. It's hard to believe). I incorporate forest bathing practices as well as other practices from various earth based work.

This walk will be geared to deepening into soul and spirit, compared to other walks that I do that may be purely from the forest bathing, wellness perspective. I hope to get some of the more "basic" forest bathing walks going if I can squeeze them in over the summer. It will be also be informed by my Jewish practice, but I make the teaching and exploration ecumenical as they deal with general human yearnings. movement toward a special time of year in the Jewish calendar.

We'll be at the lovely Corwina Park. While I typically don't walk far at all on these, we'll walk in about a mile on this trail to get to the places where we'll slow down and do the mindful practices.

I'm asking for an $18 donation (or some multiple of 18) to help cover the costs of this group. Thanks.
