Death on the Land - Forest Bathing Death Work
Details
Join us as we connect with the more-than-human world to explore death and dying so we can learn more about life and living. It's common among wisdom traditions that we practice dying so we can practice living. We'll see what the land can teach us about all this.
This walk will be based on forest bathing practices with some additional layers that I like to bring to get into the theme of the walk.
Plan for about 2.5 hours unless we really get into it and want to linger. As always, wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water, snacks and adequate layers for weather.
If the parking is full at the O'Fallon Park, you can park on the road in Kittredge.
