BEGINNERS SKI/SNOWBOARDER MEETUP #1

Hi everyone!

This is our first beginner's meetup session on the mountain! We will be meeting at Loveland Valley at Loveland Ski Area. This is a beginner - focused area with bunny hills and greens, allowing ample opportunity to practice with other beginners in a safe space.

Loveland Valley offers lessons on Sundays at 10am. I've scheduled this meetup to coincide with lesson start times in case some members wanted to spend their time learning with a formal instructor.

Disclaimer: THIS IS NOT A FORMAL LESSON - it is a meetup ONLY. Each rider is fully responsible for their own learning - it is up to you if you want to spend the time in a lesson, or practicing on the slopes. Loveland offers lessons beginning at 10am which you must sign up for on your own. This group is made up mostly of beginners.

Here is a rough agenda for the day:

1. 8:30 AM: Meet up at lodge
2. 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM : Lesson check-in for those taking lessons, bunny hill/greens practice for everyone else
3. 12:30 PM - TBD: Apres-ski drinks at lodge (or head home)

We may stick with loveland valley for these meetups due to the affordable (and still available) season passes, beginner's area and proximity to Denver. We can vote one day to see what everyone thinks.
